I\u2019m Elnaz, a curious mind, problem-solver, and researcher fascinated by how the brain transforms sensory input into behavior, how we perceive the world, process information, and make decisions. My journey has taken me through healthcare, neuroscience, technology, entrepreneurship, and communication, always driven by a desire to connect knowledge with real-world impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started out studying dentistry and cellular & molecular biology at the University of Tehran, but I quickly realized I was drawn to bigger questions about the brain and behavior. That curiosity led me to a Master\u2019s degree in Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge, Canada, where I studied decision-making and social cognition. Later, as a graduate researcher at McGill University, I focused on chronic pain, neuroimaging, and the biological mechanisms underlying human health and behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But this story began long before university. I was still in high school when I first discovered neuroscience. It was a turning point for me. Science suddenly felt alive, dynamic, and accessible. I was fascinated by how complex ideas could be explained in ways that inspired curiosity and understanding. That experience shaped my lifelong commitment to making knowledge more accessible and actionable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With four years of experience as a practicing dentist in Iran, I had the privilege of helping patients improve their health and well-being. Beyond clinical work, I have always been passionate about teaching, mentorship, and science communication. Throughout my career, I have contributed to educational initiatives, research communities, and open science projects aimed at making scientific knowledge more accessible to researchers, students, and the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over time, I realized that the same scientific mindset used to investigate the brain could also be applied to solving organizational, technological, and societal challenges. Science is not only about discovery; it is also about execution, strategy, innovation, and creating meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That realization led me beyond traditional research and into project leadership, data science, product development, and technology. Today, I work at the intersection of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and business strategy, helping transform ideas into practical solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Production Manager at Brave Eagle Software Technologies, I contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions that help retailers and businesses optimize operations, improve customer experiences, and make smarter decisions, though all based on neuroscience and cognitive behaviour of decision making. At RAINLAB Quantum, I lead multidisciplinary initiatives that combine neuroscience, wearable technologies, artificial intelligence, and human-centered design to explore innovative approaches to health, wellness, and human performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside these roles, I continue to work as a data scientist, researcher, and science communicator, bridging the gap between academic research, emerging technologies, and real-world applications. Whether I am leading a project, analyzing data, designing a research strategy, or building a product roadmap, my goal remains the same: turning complex challenges into practical, evidence-based solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that fundamental research should fuel innovation in technology, healthcare, education, and business, and actively contribute to open science. The most exciting breakthroughs happen when knowledge moves beyond the lab and creates tangible value for people and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u2019m not working, I stay connected to creativity through choreography, music, visual arts, and fashion design. I\u2019m also passionate about kickboxing\u2014because sometimes breaking barriers is quite literal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
